Ryan J. McCall, a Principal at McCall, Sweeney & Silva, P.C. is a lifelong resident of the Capital District, and a zealous advocate for his clients. Ryan attended La Salle Institute in Troy, New York where he was instilled core values on leadership, dedication, and responsibility which continue to assist him in his practice today.

Ryan graduated from Siena College where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Ryan still maintains deep connections with the College’s Stack Center for Entrepreneurship where he served as the student organization’s original Vice President and continues to mentor young entrepreneurs on the basics of business formation and compliance. Ryan often reflects on the lessons he learned in the Stack Center when helping his business law clients to this day. 

Attorney McCall obtained his Law Degree from Albany Law School where he was mentored by some of the leading attorneys in the Capital District as to how to navigate the judicial system in the best way to help people and Ryan continues to use that knowledge today to fight for his clients.

Attorney McCall’s practice consists primarily of Family & Matrimonial as well as Landlord & Tenant law where Ryan has experience in assisting those who are going through the Family Court and Divorce process as well as those trying to evict problem tenants.

Ryan also maintains a thriving criminal practice where he has an excellent track record assisting those with DWIs, Traffic Tickets, Felonies and Misdemeanor charges. 

In his free time, Ryan enjoys traveling, watching the Green Bay Packers, golfing, and spending time with his nieces and nephew as well as his dog Sabin.
